Our solution that we think is a great way to stop bone loss in space is to provide omega-3 and fish pills to who is traveling to space to prevent bone loss. Some of the foods are healthy and are rich in omega-3. For example, flax seeds,walnuts,sardines,tofu,shrimp,and soybeans are rich in omega-3. Also, if astronauts don't like to take the vitamins in the form of a pill we can provide them in the form of gummy vitamins as well.We recomend that astronauts take 2 capsules if the brand gives you 1.1 grams of EPA/DHA.If another brand gives you 1.6 grams of EPA/DHA then, we recomend you take three capsules per day.
